This lovely salon is located just one block off of Academy Blvd. in Colorado Springs. It is a perfect setup for a stylist who may be working in a salon now as a stylist only but wants to own their own salon. The advantage with this one is that the owners (two sisters) would like to remain and retain their clients for a period of at least one year. They would pay booth rental to the new owner just like any other stylist who is or may be renting there at the salon. The current owners will sign an employment or rental agreement with the new owner for at least one year and possibly longer, depending on their personal situations. They will also sign a non-compete agreement with the new owner. Rental income from just these three stations would pay most all fixed expenses of the salon. Revenues have remained consistent for several years. They operate out of an 1100 square foot facility. 95% of their sales are for services while 5% are for the sale of products. There are six stations and two of them are currently occupied by the owners. Another station is rented out to another contracted stylist. The owners want to sell but wish to remain working with the new owner and would sign an employment commitment with the new owner for a period of time.

This salon is in an excellent location with high traffic volume. Word of mouth and referral marketing will continue to drive excellent sales volume. A new owner can rent out two of the six stations to the current owners and one station to the current additional stylist. This would leave three stations which could be rented or the new owner could utilize one of the six stations and rent out two additional for a great increase in rental income to the business. So with the rental income from just these three stations, most all the expenses would be covered by the rent.
