I am an oil and gas operator in Texas currently operating nearly 200 wells. I own a service business consisting of workover units, water trucks, pumping, and roustabout services. Last year we had purchased two (2) leases that were "next inline" to develop for our own account. The downturn in oil prices and lack of service work has prohibited us from having the capital to develop these leases. I am seeking a partner to fund placing the wells into production. Once the work is done I will immediately place the leases on the market and sell the production. I will receive what I want for the lease(s) and the partner will receive the "lions share" of the profit in addition to his original capital used to place them into production. There is No promote in this deal, the partner simply pays to have the wells placed into production. While the wells are producing and on the market for sale the partner will also receive their proportionate share of the oil revenues. This is a straight up deal and I am not seeking an "investor" but rather a partner in the lease(s). I am flexible to any Fair deal that makes sense for both of us.
