“ABC” or the “Company” or the “Centre” is considered to be one of the most well-respected specialist
facilities in the North India focusing on care of the cardiology and pulmonary disease segments.
The hospital has been approved both by NABH and NABL and is registered with Directorate of Health Services.
Facility Details:
The Centre has been constructed on a land of 4,500sq. yards, and a total built-up area of 55,000sq.ft.
The building structure includes basement, ground to third floors and an open terrace for support
services. The facility has been leased to ABC till 2028.
The Centre has a total of 100 beds, segregated into 12 for Surgical ICU, 16 for Cardiac CCU, 9 for
MICU, 13 for HDU, 2 for Suite Rooms, 8 for Private Rooms, 12 for Semi-Private Rooms, 24 for
Economy, 3 for Dialysis Beds and 1 for Sleep Study Room, respectively. There are also OPD
chambers that cater to over 7600 patients annually and over 4100 IPD patients are admitted annually.
The Centre has three fully equipped modern modular operation theatres with high efficiency air
(HEPA) filters and laminar flow.It has a 24-hour Cath lab, which forms the backbone of the facility.
Further, the Centre hasinhouse Pathology Lab, Radiology incl. two X-Ray machines (one Digital X-
Ray, CR System, Model CR VITA, Carestream, & the other one is Siemens Make Multimobile 2.5),
Stress Test and Ultrasound capabilities.
The inhouse Laboratory not only performs routine investigations but also provides an extended list of highly specialized investigations. Further, inhouse Pharmacyprovides convenient accessibility to indoor and outdoor patients at the entrance of hospital.
The availability of an in-house Blood Bank further strengthens the Centre’s offerings as an integrated service provider. The Blood Bank provides collection services, transfusion transmissible infections screening laboratory, component production laboratory to prepare and stock packed red cells, platelet concentrate and fresh frozen plasma. Blood grouping, antibody screening and compatibility testing (by automated gel technology) are also conducted.
The Centre’s support services include Casualty, Ambulatory and Mortuary services. Other infrastructure includes full power back-up through 500 KVA and 320 KVA DG sets,solar water heating system, sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting, Inhouse banking facility through nationalized bank and Inhouse ATM facility and Parking facility.
