Company 1:
A plant for production of IQF frozen fruits & vegetables. Total built up area of 7800 m².Eexcellent location – 300 m. from the main East West Highway, 100 m from a railway station, 22 km from Sofia and only 40 to 100 km from the main vegetable and fruit production regions in Bulgaria.
Complete and received permission to use in July 2005.
The power supply is secured by 2 independent sources and the water supply – by 3 independent sources. Own electricity, central heating, kitchen, bar/restaurant/, administrative part, hotel part, etc.
The plants are obtaining HACCP.
The equipment is from established producers like "CFS-Koppens", "Urshel", "Cabinplant", "Herbort", "Goztepe", "FSK" and others, including the largest green beans processing line with 4 t/h capacity, equipped with "Femia", "Herbort" and "Levatti" machinery.
The machines are arranged in a multifunctional line for producing frozen fruits:
1. Frozen vegetables: assortment – green peas, sweet corn, cauliflower, broccoli, pepper, green French beans, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, vegetables mix.
2. Frozen fruits – raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, black currants, blueberry.
3. Frozen half fried potatoes.
4. Frozen breaded potatoes with seasoned type Wedges.
5. Frozen vegetables and vegetarian burgers and croquets.
6. A special technology producing doses of "PAOLO LEVATTI" and cannery equipment "FEMIA" with capacity of 60 to 80tons/24h.
This line for canned food is not yet operational.
Fridge capacity is "SABORE" with 2x355kw and 2x220kw.It has 2 IQF tunnels, 3.6t/h and 1 with 2.2t/h, also a stationary with capacity of 800kg/h for treatment of 6tons production/h. It can keep 2500-3000tons production of 12 500m³ and they allow the development of logistic center.
Own laboratory, HACCP system.
The plant is next to the first one and has a total built up area of 2 200 m 2.,profiled in production of culinary meat, meat and vegetable half-finished products cutting factory for big and small cuts of pork and veal meat.
It has all kinds of machinery.
Building is complete and received permission to use in November 2005.All certificates required from the European Union. It obtained also HACCP system.
The machinery are for first and second meat treatment – "LASKA", "GUNTER", "BIZERBA" and for the latest generation line of "CFS-Koppens", spiral tunnel for freezing, shock camera, heat forming machine for packing, etc. They allow :
1. Raw production – minced meat, sausages, cebapcici, fillets, shoulders, wings, steaks.
2. Cool pressed /chilled/ - steaks, burgers.
3. Heat treated burgers, steaks, cebapcici etc.
4. Fried in egg frozen products – burgers, croquets, baby spit, bits. / 7t/24h /
5. Cutting factory for big and small cuts of pork and veal meat and automatic machine PALGA for production of brooches / 14t/24h /.
The plant has refrigerators with total area of 4 700 m³ with own transport and distributor chain for 800 super markets, including trade chains:
"Metro", "Billa", "Kaufland", "Hit Hipermarket", "Fantastiko", "Europa", "CBA", "HRANSKOMERS" etc.
P.S. : The plant of meat revision may be using for revision and freezing of mushrooms, fruits and vegetables, without additional investment.
