We are looking for 100% Financing and a 40% debt 60% equity participation of investor. Investor or lender will have the 1st. position on lien of title of the whole property and 60% shares holding. We might eventually re-brand or franchise the hotel to a US; flag or franchise in order to increase the occupation rate even higher. Actual number of room 155, but since the land ownership is huge, there is enough room for 500 more rooms, villas, condos, commercial space and anything vialble within a 32 acres land lot.
Permits for additional have been obtained previously, just need a renewal, federal and city permits are properly file, and updated every year. The property can be hold for certain number of years, do additional upgrades or construction of residential or vocational properties and then re-sell it in future time at a higher price. Purchase price of the whole property and Resort is $60 million US.
