The owner wishes to move on to pursue other business interests, and is willing to accept a 30% down payment, with owner financing for the balance, with payments spread over six months. The land measures a rai (1,600 square metres), and the buildings have total floor space of 4,200 square metres. All rooms are decorated in Balinese style, and are complete with full facilities that include hot water, refrigerator and security box.
