Description

"If you can dream it, you can build it", at least that is how this metal fabricating & ornamental iron business started.

In 2004, this owner was looking for a bear/animal proof garbage receptor for a vacation cabin in the Gatlinburg area. He found one and ordered it, but after three (3) weeks he called and found out it would be twelve (12) more months before it would be ready. At which time he decided he would build his own. A week later he delivered his version to the cabin. The resort manager saw his model and ordered two (2) cans. One week later they ordered forty-two (42) cans, and as they say, "The rest is history".

The Company, which currently includes the owner and one (1) employee, does $155,000 in sales annually and has gone from making garbage receptors to include stairs, railings and gates for apartment complexes. Presently, the company has $175,000 in contracts for 2015 and approximately $280,000 for 2016.

Necessity caused the owner to start a new business when he was trying to retire in 2004. This time he intends to retire for good by selling this business. Uniquely situated with the current contracts, this business will provide for the new owner while growing the business of their "dreams".
