The Company was started in 1988 and was incorporated in July of 1992. It has been in operation at the current location for its entire existence. It started out as a very small shop using hand drawings and has grown over the years to a multifaceted shop using automated plotters, large digital printing capabilities and a CNC router for intricate cutting.

They have a full range of products and services that can fulfill the signing needs of their clients. The different types of signing options that are available include the following sign categories:

• Vehicle graphics – decals, labels and magnets

• Sight Signs for construction/development projects.

The majority of the marketing is done through Internet media. Anything from Pay-per-click programs, search engine optimization, email, a new website and internet directories. There are other local programs the company sometimes participates in but these are primarily done for local public relations reasons and are not a driver of sales over the short term. They have recently changed internet services companies and are working on developing a comprehensive social media program as well. The social media program will initially encompass the use of Google, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. They plan to launch the complete social media program this year. The majority of the company’s clients come from within a 50-mile radius of Houston and the company has not tried to market outside of Houston and its surrounding communities.

It would be beneficial if the buyer has knowledge of the sign business. Apart from the industry knowledge, the buyer would need to replace the owner’s job responsibilities which are largely involved with sales. It is always a plus to have had management experience and be comfortable handling employees and making executive decisions.

The company is conveniently located in a small light industrial complex with plenty of parking and easy access to major highways running all directions. They occupy two suites, suite L and suite M, and both leases expire September 30, 2016. The location consists of an office area with room for three to four desks, a reception area, restroom and two work areas, one of which is used primarily for storage and the CNC router.
