Inner Circle is a peer advisory group franchise seeking to aggressively expand throughout the U.S. Our franchise owners (who may be owner-operators or may have Associates) earn recurring revenue by selling memberships to groups, which is called “Circles”. Each Circle is comprised of 8 - 10 non-competing business owner Members who meet once a month for three hours, usually over breakfast, to work on their business and personal visions. With the input of a business savvy facilitator and with the feedback of their peers — who have most likely encountered the same challenges in their own companies — Inner Circle Members find they are able to make better decisions, make them faster and implement them with greater confidence. They get clear on their goals and the methods to achieve them and come to view their businesses not as their entire life, but as a means to create the life they really want to live. Our franchisees describe the work they do in colorful and varied terms: noble, stimulating, impactful, humbling and rewarding to the soul. Oh, and lucrative – per our Item 19, the average franchisee earns $250,000.
