History We are a young company that has been growing steadily during the past 12 years. We are proud of our ability to discern trends and take proactive measures to shape them to our advantage

Background The concept began in 2004 with extensive research and software development of the Enterprise HR & Payroll Solution using Open Source (OSS). Later completed development of Cloud SME offering . We now offer custom 'best of breed' software solutions placing us ahead of more established industry players.

Trading history Starting initially as a software development house, the company only commenced software sales in 2008. Now past break-even. We have experienced steady growth. FY 2015 generated R3.2m revenues


Industry Developments In the world of tomorrow, we anticipate to see a new buyer in organisations. With technology acting as a foundation for business HR departments, purchase decisions are being increasingly taken (or at least being significantly influenced) by Chief Investment Officers, Operational Heads and functional line managers. These managers are driven more by aggressive demands on executibility, employee self service and HR Department transformational potential than by traditional expectations. This has led to a shift from large internal data centres and large enterprise applications to cloud-based deployments and business functionality being made available on a service-based model (SaaS).Likewise, leveraging Open Source (OSS) is becoming increasingly critical for organisations, both for optimising on costs and also for using innovative technology to manage their work forces.
