The Company is a manufacturer of centrifugal dryers and oil slingers used primarily in post-finishing cycles of machining, plating and deburring processes required by the Automotive, Construction, Ammunition, Aircraft, Medical Device and Metal Working Industries. Earlier versions of the machine date back to the early 1900’s.
The machine is primarily used by companies who manufacture small to medium size metal parts and is used in the final process before these parts find their way into many of the items we use on a day-to-day basis. After finishing and rinsing, parts are placed in an appropriate size basket that then is inserted into the dryer. The dryer spins at a very high speed to spin excess oil or fluids off metal parts or metal chips that are a by-product of the machining process.
The Company manufactures 14 standard models with varying load and/or volume capacities. The Company specializes in building custom machines to solve customer’s specific processing needs. The Company is the only manufacturer that can build this type of machine to be integrated with an Automated System in their primary industry. Changes to the EPA regulations could make this machine mandatory in many of the US Manufacturing facilities.
The Company also has a substantial parts and repair business to maintain the thousands of machines already out in the market.

 Diversified Markets: The Company's customer base comprises machining and product finishing companies serving a very wide range of downstream manufacturing industries, including various component, tooling, automotive, heavy industrial, automation, electronics, and other markets. Diversified markets provide exposure to large-scale opportunities, and reduce the risk of cyclicality in any one market.
 Strong Client Relationships: The customer database comprises over 375 customers, with an estimated 75% rate of repeat business. A significant percentage of their customers have been with the Company for over 30 years. The Company has recurring product sales and service revenues
