Servers are co-located in a major, third party facility in a large Northeastern market. There are no co-location, bandwidth or other agreements to be assumed and the servers can either remain in place or be migrated at the buyers discretion. (Prospective buyers must be pre-approved.) Seller has another web hosting business (VPS) which can be included with the deal, with revs of approximately $800K, which would of course increase the asking price.
