NYSE Euronext is the ideal for listing firms in 2014. With a $500 Million IPO for a Chinese firm, and liquidity that allows for both European and US traders to trade like it were an OTC company as its in the NYSE platforms within the US, an NYSE Euronext listing is ideal.

Shells range from 180k euro to 240k euro.
Listing directly is less, it is only 120k euro but it includes raising capital at a 5% commission by the broker sponsor, and the average amount of capital raised is $20 million to $50 million. However, small projects that just need 5-20 million can probably still list and raise capital, the appetite is of course for the large IPOs.

Once listed, capital can also be raised via debt such as Bonds. Contact us if you are interested.
