This Bangkok enterprise was only recently opened, and consists of a Coffee Shop, an Art Gallery and a Spa. The owner has just decided to retire, however, to concentrate on her painting skills. Early financial results have been promising, and the new owner will be acquiring a turnkey enterprise that realises monthly net profits of around 50,000 baht, from receipts of 180,000 baht per month. Basing these early results on an annual basis would see the business reap net profits of 600,000 baht, from receipts of 2,160,000 baht, in the first year of trade. The business has a unique, tranquil ambience, and is located in a large 30 year old house, close to an MRT subway station. Monthly rent is only 35,000 baht for total floor space of 300 square metres, and a nearby shopping mall provides ease of parking. The owner states that 2,000,000 baht was spent on the assets only recently, and as this is the amount she is looking to recoup, she feels that the asking price reflects great value. The new owner will acquire a turnkey business, with six full time staff, four aromatherapy rooms with five beds in each, two Thai massage rooms with four beds in each, a fully equipped steam room, 11 air-conditioners, a Jacuzzi, two washing machines, a clothes dryer, a large refrigerator, five foot massage chairs and a facial massage bed.
