We have a second firm that has not paid the OTCQB fees but is DTC eligible, trading, and listed currently.

This company is $310k, because you would need to pay for the QB fees. Our other firm for sale at $320k paid the QB fees, which as you know is $10k.

We built this for a client, and the client is now deciding to do "crowd funding" versus staying listed on the market.
